While not mandatory, we highly recommend adding a light base to your 3D crystal. The crystal is transparent, and the white etching can be hard to see depending on where it's placed. The light base will illuminate the engraving, making the design much easier to see and adding life to the crystal.

The production time typically takes 1-2 business days. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. You can view and choose your preferred shipping option when completing your order.

The background of your photo can be added to the crystal, but please note that it will be in 2D format. You’ll have the option to keep or remove the background when ordering.

We use a laser engraving process called Vitrography. The laser focuses on the crystal, changing the structure at the focal point to create a series of tiny points that form the image or text. The computer-controlled laser precision creates the detailed 3D effect on your crystal.

Yes, the size of the crystal does matter for the number of figures in the photo. On the product page, you’ll find recommended figures per size. If your image includes more figures than recommended, we will engrave it in 2D, and the figures may appear smaller on the crystal.

We do not offer proofs for individual orders. Your uploaded photo serves as the proof for our designers. If you require a proof, please specify this in the 'Special Instructions' section when placing the order. Keep in mind that requesting a proof will extend the production time. If the proof is not satisfactory and you wish to change the image, there will be an additional charge of $30 to replace the original image. If no instructions are given, our designers will adjust the layout for the best result.

When customizing your crystal on the product page, click the "Upload Photo" button. A window will pop up, allowing you to browse your device and select the photo you want to upload. It’s similar to attaching a picture in an email. For the best image quality, we recommend uploading files between 100KB and 5MB. Our site allows up to 10MB, but if your file exceeds this, please email it to us
